Psalm 51:1-12 How long has it been since you've felt something welling up on the inside of you that you could hardly contain? How long has it been since the peace of God has overwhelmed your life to the point that you were able to sing, "I've got a feeling everything's gonna be all right!" How long has it been since the word of faith was something more than a phrase you repeated, it was the bedrock of your life?

Ephesians 2:1-10 Can you imagine what this church and this community would look like if we were all working in harmony with the gifts and talents given to us by God? We could truly be a kingdom impact church.

1 Corinthians 1:24-31 God doesn’t need "know-it-alls." He needs regular folks. He wants to use regular folks so that when they do things that are out of character, out of the norm that people would think about them, then He would be glorified. Our application here is that God can use anybody.

Genesis 17:1-7 The essence of faith is learning to trust God in such a way that we follow wherever he leads; to trust God in a way that keeping our end of the relationship becomes natural to us.

Genesis 9:12-16; John 13:3-35 How closely do we resemble the community of love that Jesus commissioned us to be? Do people know we are Christ's followers because of the way we love each other?

Romans 6:16-27; 3:22-31 How would your life and your relationship with God improve if you spent a little time each day intentionally throwing away negative thoughts, attitudes, activities, temptations - all those sin-producing things which tend to pile up on us?

Isaiah 5:1-7 Our Christian faith is full of holes if we do not focus on the work of justice and righteousness. The prophets Isaiah, Amos and Micah, along with Jesus Christ himself, were very concerned about fair and just relationships existing among people at every level of society.

Ezekiel 37:1-14 There are churches that meet and conduct business, and everyone thinks they are a success if the people like the preacher, they have good crowds, and a good time is had by all. But they are never heard talking about what God is doing in the lives of people. That secularized, compromised version of the church is not what God has in mind. He wants His church filled with His Spirit, evidencing the fruit of the Spirit, following the words inspired by His Spirit.

James 2:14-26 Only by trusting Christ can you be saved. But the proof that you have trusted Christ is shown in your lifestyle. And if there's no proof out there, you have every reason to doubt whether you've ever really tuned in.

John 1:29-42 Discovering the spirit of God, the presence of Christ, in your life is rarely experienced as a blinding light or a burning bush. Growing your soul, filling your spirit with the right nutrients and nourishment, is a lifelong process.
