Luke 11:1-13 God is eager to respond to his children who unashamedly ask, persistently seek, and expectantly knock at His door with their needs and requests.

God is doing new things all the time! Can we get our minds around this? Will we allow ourselves to be changed and renewed each and every day? Will we be adventurous in our faith—-allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us into new truth; new thought?

The lawyer asked the wrong question. He asked, "Who is my neighbor?" In other words, "Who am I obligated to serve?" "What are the limitations on whom I have to love?" But the question Jesus answered was, "Who can I be a neighbor to? Who can I love?" And the answer to that question is, anyone. Everyone.

Luke 8:1-15 If we will plow, prepare, plant and protect our hearts, we will be ready soil that is good for God to use. And with good soil that is daily cultivated and ready to receive His Word, a harvest will be produced.

Luke 7:36-50 Just Like The Characters In The Story We Can Never Repay The Debt. (v. 43) The good news is that forgiveness is available to everyone. But forgiveness is not free; forgiveness always costs something. For the lender it cost 550 denarii to forgive those that were indebted to him. Forgiveness always costs something. When God said, "I will forgive you." It cost the life of his only son Jesus on the cross of Calvary. The sin debt had to be paid. Jesus paid the debt so that you would not have to.

Matthew 5:14-16 Jesus said to his disciples, "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."

1 Corinthians 9:19-23 ) I believe that real freedom causes us to serve the lost and the weak; for they are in search of the truth and the truth is Jesus. We read in the gospel of John 8:32, "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." The reason Jesus is the truth, because He shows us clearly the way to eternal life with God. Jesus doesn't give us the freedom to do what we want, but the freedom to follow God. Jesus' perfect truth frees us up to be all that God wants us to be.

Ruth 1:1-8, 16-18

2 Corinthians 8:1-15 Extravagant Generosity is about your heart. Extravagant Generosity is about doing the kingdom-building work of Jesus Christ. Extravagant Generosity is about expressing our faith through money, time, love and prayers.

Luke 9:23-25 Discipleship is costly because Jesus must have priority over our wills, ideas, plans, and presumptions. Being a true disciple means having a willingness to trust Him completely in all aspects of life from the highest highs to the lowest lows. Remember, we are to trust Him even when we do not know, like, or understand, and also when He is leading through unpopular territory. Being a true disciple allows us to put our hand to the plow and not look back.
