Imagine a world with no purpose, randomly existing as an oddity of probability. What would be our hope or purpose? What assurance would we have that things will turn out well? Now imagine the opposite world. That is the world of Romans 8:28. For those who love God, because they have been drawn by the Father by His love, we can have a sure hope and confidence that God has a good purpose for us in all things: to be conformed to the image of His Son.
