Greetings, Careless wordsâ?¦ Do we really think about what we say before we speak? Do we speak off the top of our head or from our heart? Do we choose our words wisely? Why all these questions? Jesus tells us in Matthew 12, that we will be held accountable for every careless word that leaves our mouth. Did you know that our words identify who we are? Jesus says, from the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. Careless words are words that don't have meaning or purpose for anything. There is no place for careless words in church. When we come to church, we must be focused on worshipping God. So letâ??s clear our minds of things of this world, and choose to praise and worship God, through our Lord Jesus Christ.
