Summary

Dr. Scott Gaylord, Professor at the Elon University School of Law, discussed the cases before the U.S. Supreme Court involving two for-profit companies, Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood Specialities, who have filed suit against the Affordable Care Act mandate that forces employers to provide drugs that could cause an abortion, as well as contraception and sterilization, in their health care plans.
