His servants came and questioned him if the seed was good. The man told his servants that the seed was good, but while they were sleeping, the enemy came and planted bad seed. We all know the good seed is the Word of God and the bad seeds are the things of this world. Just like the servants, the Church fell asleep and allowed the things of this world to enter in.
