In the garden, dam and Eve fellowshipped with God daily without hindrance. When they sinned, fellowship was broken. Jesus came and bore our sins that we might become reconciled with God. Our sin debt was paid and we could again fellowship with God. No sacrifice of animals.

Jesus is coming again soon. There will be a day of judgment. Are you prepared to stand before Jesus in judgment?

It is because of the love of God that Jesus came to earth in flesh to redeem us. It is because of the love of God that we are no longer slaves to sin and fear. If we are walking with Jesus, His love will control us.

When Jesus comes again, believers will receive a glorified body just as Jesus did after His resurrection. We will no longer reside in these vessels of clay. No longer deal with pain and the effects of aging.

Who is this Jesus of the Bible? Who is He to you? Do you know Him or just know about Him? Is their an intimate relationship? We must know Jesus for who He really is and not just who others say He is.

We must learn to mature in our walk with the Holy Spirit. We must learn to not get disturbed by the things of this world. We must become secure in our identity as children of God.

Who is Jesus to us? Is He the God of more than enough? Is He the God who heals? Is He Lord and Savior? People have varying opinions. They wander, hurt and lost like the world. They don't know Him as risen Savior, all powerful. The amount of power and freedom in our lives depends on just who Jesus is to us.

We care called to be lights in darkness. We are the carriers of the Light of the world, Jesus.

Peter and John encountered a man at the Beautiful Gate. The man was paralyzed since birth. He was begging for donations. Peter offered the man the only thing he had - Jesus. Peter activated his faith by grabbing the man by the hand and helping him up. The man walked, leaped and praised God. This is the power believers have through Jesus.

1 Corinthians 16. Paul calls believers to be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all we do be done in love. Paul recognizes some of the local leaders and that believers should be in subjection to them.
