Just like Jesus, you will have temptations so be prepared and don't yield to them. Matt 4:1-11

Excuses for not helping others: we are accustomed to it, it's none of our business, or what can we do? John 5:1-9

To reduce anxiety: trust God; daily look for good, one day at a time, do good, and Jesus is the model. Phil 4:4-7
