Summary

Returning to our series in Romans, Paul assures the Jews that indeed they have been recipients of God's blessings. That chief blessing is the oracles of God. Yet, being recipients of God's blessings does not justify at the Judgment if they are unfaithful. As God's people through Christ, we also must remember God's blessings do not justify us. Only faith in Christ justifies. And possessing God's Word is no advantage at the Judgment. Only having faith in the One to whom God's Word points, namely Jesus, will count as our advantage.
